Hyrox Group Training

Monday Hyrox Run Club - £5 per person
Time: Start at 7pm prompt for 60 minutes, finishing at 8pm

Cost: £5pp for 60 minutes.

What to expect: A full warm up to get you ready for the session which is made up of a variety of running routes each week, that combine both flat and hill routes.

Who it’s for: ALL fitness levels! There are no entry requirements. Please join in if you want to try it out, even if you’re not racing! You take the session at YOUR pace, working with a group of like-minded people!

Where: We are at Leigh-on-Sea, Belton Way East. Parking is free.

What to wear/bring: Sportswear and trainers that you can exercise in comfortably, and any layers, hats, sunglasses etc. depending on the weather! Bring water, drinks and any snacks/fuelling you might need.

Thursday Hyrox Track - £10 per person
Time: Start at 7pm prompt for 60 minutes, finishing at 8pm.

Cost: £10pp for 60 minutes.

What to expect: A full warm up to get you ready for the session which is made up of running intervals, to help improve running speed, mechanics and overall running conditioning. You will learn to make your running a strength in HYROX.

Who it’s for: ALL fitness levels! There are no entry requirements. Please join in if you want to try it out, even if you’re not racing! You take the session at YOUR pace, working with a group of like-minded people!

Where: We are on the outdoor track at Basildon Sporting Village.

What to wear/bring: Sportswear and trainers that you can exercise in comfortably, and any layers, hats, sunglasses etc. depending on the weather! Bring water, drinks and any snacks/fuelling you might need.

Saturday Hyrox Engine - £15 per person
Time: Start at 8.30am prompt for 90 minutes, finishing at 10am.

Cost: £15pp for 90 minutes.

What to expect: A full warm up to get you ready for the session which is made up of running, and exercises selected from HYROX. This can include sandbag lunges, Burpee Broad Jumps, kettle bell carries and wall balls.

Who it’s for: ALL fitness levels! There are no entry requirements. Please join in if you want to try it out, even if you’re not racing! You take the session at YOUR pace, usually working with a partner or group of like-minded people!

Where: We are on the outdoor track at Basildon Sporting Village.

What to wear/bring: Sportswear and trainers (no spikes!) that you can exercise in comfortably, and any layers, hats, sunglasses etc. depending on the weather! Bring water, drinks and any snacks you might need.

Hyrox Unlimited - £55 (call for appointment)
Hyrox Unlimited gives you complete access each month to our group training sessions. Hyrox Endurance, Hyrox Run and Hyrox Engine are all included in this membership. Train with a group motivated to change and reach your true Hyrox potential.

Level 3 Gym Instructing & Personal Training - £100 (call for appointment)
This is the deposit to secure your place on our YMCA awards Level 3 Diploma in Gym Instructing & Personal Training (Practitioner) course.

Hyrox Coaching

Hyrox Online Coaching - £99 (call for appointment)
Hyrox Online Coaching provides complete access to the Performance Training app, while having your coach on hand to support you all the way. Dedicated weekly check-ins, weekly Zoom calls and regular updates to your programme are the reasons why this approach delivers success in Hyrox for our clients.
Hyrox In-Person Coaching - £199 (call for appointment)
Hyrox In-Person Coaching is invaluable if you need the guidance and support of an experienced coach taking you through your sessions once a week, four times a month.

Having your Hyrox coach with you in-person will ensure no stone is left unturned for you to reach your true Hyrox potential.
